Yesterday during a company-wide meeting, our CEO enthusiastically informed us that our dress code was changing from business casual to just plain casual. While that may be a good thing for some, for me...not really. Its much harder for me to dress casual and I've been told that my casual is considered dressy by most people. I dont plan to "take advantage" of this new dress code...I'll stick to my dresses and shoes, thanks.
PS: Dont worry, I'm not as bad as Posh :)

YOu know, for a stay-home mom like me, I am on the dressy side among my mommy friends too. But it is just my habit to dress well everyday and I am used to that kind of "hard work" too. So I assume you are too. :)
Hahah...yea, you're probably the dressiest mommy i know :D
Whoa, what a weird move. My old job was going to go from biz cas to just biz (I left b/f they changed). There was a funny The Office episode where nobody could really figure out how to dress casually on Friday without offending someone (think inappropriate midriff). I think you should just stick with what you feel comfortable with. Or try out Barneys Co-op instead of Barneys! Marc by Marc Jacobs instead of Marc Jacobs etc!
