Once in awhile I get to a point where I've bought and ordered so much stuff that I'm so busy anticipating the next purchase that I forget to appreciate what I just bought. Its actually very sad when it gets to this point. For one, I'm not giving my newly acquired pieces the proper amount of TLC that they deserve. More importantly, this is a dangerous habit as it'll equate to me spending loads of money on stuff that become just whatevs once I've acquired them. With that said, I'm going to make an effort to calm my ass down:
1. I WILL NOT purchase any more shoes, purses, clothes, or accessories until the summer sales.
2. After the summer sales are over, I will focus on my 25th bday/Xmas. My current bday wish list is as follows:
a. Chanel Classic Flap or Reissue in patent leather. The Chanel forum on TPF gets me everytime...
b. Something/anything from VC&A.
c. A new ostrich purse. No idea which designer or style. Alls I knows is I LOVE me some ostrich!!!! Of course, a ostrich birkin would be ideal but I dont think my parents would appreciate me dangling $15K+ on my arm.
d. A new watch: I still want a J12 but again, my parents might not think I'm worthy of wearing $10K on my wrist. I know I'm officially inheriting my mom's Rolex on my bday but a brand new one bought just for me wouldn't be so bad either :)
e. Theres always room for more killer shoes.

i feel the exact same way right now. i start shopping for upcoming events long before they happen, and by the time they roll around, nothing i got for them is new anymore, and i need to shop all over again. its exhausting. :) in fact, i have a vegas trip coming up next month that i started shopping for in jan. as punishment, i am on a REAL ban until i get there...then i can shop my lil heart out!
Hi gwendy! The vegas trip should be a blast!!! you can stock up on python but then again, your state might not have a law against it like CA...
can't wait to see what you get in vegas :)
haha..... I guess I am suppose to be on a ban till this summer sale too since I bought 2 bags..... I also think I won't get any Mother's Day gift either. Well, something cheap will make me happy anyway. haha.....
Yes, now I can be more focus on the diet ..... want looking good this summer in all kinds of dresses!! haha..
Good luck to your ban too.
OH PLEASE!!! You are SO skinny!!! AND you've had 3 kids...
I'm watch shopping for my hubby and can't find anything badass yet. What is the next best thing in watches these days anyway? Vintage? Ceramic is kinda stale. Bling doesn't seem to be appropriate right now. Maybe something classic and timeless? Let us know what watch you end up with PurseAddict!
Hi Susanna! Vintage is always good but I'm not very knowledgeable in that department BUT Omega Speedmaster is always a safe choice for men. And I agree...ceramic and bling for men...not so much :P Good luck with your watch-hunting and lemme know what you end up getting your hubby!
