I'm materialistic. It that a bad thing though?? Whats wrong with buying stuff that I love and so what if they make me happy? Just cause my shoes, purses, dresses, etc make me happy doesn't mean I'm dead inside...I assure you I love my cats, family, and friends to death. Why is it okay for owning a stamp collection to be an acceptable hobby but not shopping? I mean yea, the people who only befriend others because of what they own...thats a little sketchy but I'm not like that. I dont judge others for what they buy or dont buy so why is it so okay for others to judge me for what I buy? Plenty of things in life make me happy but shopping just happens to be one of them. It seems that thats the one thing that gets highlighted the most often. Anyhow...just something to think about...**Note: Due to some recent comments and questions from friends I would just like to say that this post is not a defensive reaction on my part to comments from anyone in particular. I've been meaning to talk about other people's reaction to my love of shopping for awhile now and finally got around to doing it last week!
